Shipping & Delivery

Standard Shipping:

  • Free shipping on orders over $59; orders under $59 incur a $6.99 shipping fee.

Most US Mainland Orders:

  • Packages typically arrive within 6-10 business days after shipment.

Extended Delivery Areas:

  • Shipping to certain regions—including Puerto Rico [PR], Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands—may take longer, typically 10-15 business days.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow an additional 1-3 days for warehouse processing.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to extended customs clearance times. For assistance, please contact customer service.

Tracking:

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also log in to the Soodesign website at any time to check your order status.

Express Shipping:

  • Express delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • Some countries and regions currently do not support express shipping. Please check at checkout if express delivery is available for your address.
  • Express shipping fees vary depending on the delivery address.

Customs Duties

  • Occasionally, additional customs or import duties are unavoidable. If you incur such charges, please contact us at service@soodesign.co.
  • Please email us a copy of the customs duties receipt. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt.

Sales & Use Tax

(For US Customers)

1. What is Sales & Use Tax?

  • Sales & Use Tax (“Sales Tax”) is charged by applicable U.S. states on orders shipped to addresses in those states. By law, we are required to collect sales tax where applicable. Once you confirm your shipping address and proceed to checkout, sales tax will be applied to your order.

2. How is Sales & Use Tax Calculated?

  • Sales tax is based on the total merchandise value. If a discount is applied, tax is calculated on the discounted total. Total taxes may also include taxes on shipping and delivery fees (if taxable in your state).
  • Your sales tax amount will be displayed at checkout.

3. Is Sales & Use Tax Refundable?

  • In the case of returns or refunds, the appropriate sales tax will be refunded to your Soodesign wallet or the original payment method.

Note:

  • As of April 1, 2019, most U.S. states require online retailers to collect sales tax on purchases made by residents of those states.
  • Sales tax cannot be paid with store credit, and points are not earned on the sales tax portion of orders.

Delivery Restrictions

  • Our shipping service does not support P.O. boxes or military mailing addresses (APO, FPO).
  • Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order, as changes after the order is processed may result in additional charges.
