1. Returns & Exchanges

We’re sorry if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items in new, unused condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. If there’s any dispute regarding the refund amount, it will be based on the merchandise value listed on your original purchase invoice.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

2. How to Return

  • Contact our customer service by submitting a ticket through your account or emailing service@soodesign.co. Please specify which item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  • Place the item(s) in the original packaging and seal the parcel securely.
  • Drop off your package at your local post office.
  • Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with our return policy.

3. Return Conditions

  • Do not remove or damage the security tag attached to the product! Items are only eligible for return or exchange if the tag remains intact.
  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to decide if an item is right for you.

  • Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging. Worn, damaged, washed, or altered items are not accepted.
  • Items returned without prior confirmation from customer service will not be accepted.
  • Packages sent via C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) are not accepted. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
    ① Clearance items ② Gift cards ③ Underwear & accessories (face masks, eye masks, coverings, bras, lingerie) ④ Customized items
  • For promotional purchases where your discount depends on the total order (e.g., “Buy More, Save More”), returning items may adjust your discount. Refunds will be recalculated according to the promotion terms.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For example, if you paid by credit card, your refund will be credited back to that card.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving your product, and we will assist you with the return and refund process.

Responsibility

  • Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • As the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us, please retain proof of postage in case you need to contact us regarding your return.
  • We are not responsible for items returned to us by mistake. If items are found and you want them returned, you may be asked to cover delivery costs.
  • We cannot refund any taxes or duties charged by customs.
